It was a 40 minute technical interview. The interviewer was friendly and helpful. Interviewer asked about my background, why redfin, and career aspirations. At the end of the interview, the interviewer gave helpful advice on how to prepare for subsequent interviews, and encouraged me some more.

Final round had 4 interviews, 45 minutes each. First was a mix of behavioral and problem solving, next two started with one behavioral and a Leetcode Easy/Medium, last was seeking problem solving and debugging skills.

Interview
It was a VERY long process (initial screening, take home coding, 4 hr interview) and a really long wait between rounds.
Seems like a nice company with nice people, but apply at your own risk because the process is pretty tedious.
