I had a 30 minute phone interview with a sales recruiter covering the basics of the job. I then had an on-site interview the next day. I was with another candidate for the same position and a recruiter went over a sales PowerPoint. We then practiced the sales pitch. Next was a 1 on 1 interview with another recruiter and went over the sales pitch again. Overall it was 1.5 hours onsite. They don’t tell you your hours!! I had to ask. Mine would have been 3pm-midnight! 4 weekdays & 1 weekend. This isn’t a normal 9to5 position! Good position if you desperately need a job or don’t care about the hours.

Started with one or two phone calls, where they’re screening you and want to see why you are wanting a sales job at Red Ventures and then a zoom call, where you initiate an imitation sales call.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Red Ventures (Charlotte, NC) in May 2020
Interview
Very detailed oriented and comfortable. It was about 2 interviews and I very open conversations. If you have a sales background this is perfect for you. Come prepared to answer a lot of situational questions and mock sales call.
