Interview was on Zoom where questions about ability to have transportation and working independently with customers were answered. Talk was done with manager and head of AV Technitions about ability and past experience.
I applied online. I interviewed at Red Thread (London, England) in Dec 2018
Interview
Such a lovely interview process, there was a group interview with a task, following this was a 1-2-1 interview. They were supportive, and encouraging, and at the same time it was encouraging to see them taking youth worker interviews so seriously.

Question 1
Standard youth pratice questions very skill based.

Interview
Had one phone screening, and then came in to meet 1:1 with the director of the potential team I would join. All went well in the in-person and interview (great conversation, leadership appeared to be strong) so afterward, they requested I take an online aptitude assessment to move forward in the process. I know many companies use these tests now, but for me, this is where things turned - the assessment is vague, with questions you reply to on a scale strongly disagree to strongly agree. Question example: "Do you feel that you are in control of your future? " From my experience, this is how the company will really size you up. If you don't meet the requirements on this personality test, you will not be selected even if you have a proven record that says otherwise.
