Pretty easy. Just be yourself and stress customer service. Use real world examples of how you solved customers issues and complaints. Make sure that you can think on your feet quick and multitask.
They eventually closed because of woke hiring practices. I was told of the policies and they seemed so lax that you could literally not obey by the policies and still have a first, second and third strike before you were let go?
