They ask you to come in to the restaurant location and sit down and ask a few questions about your experience. They will ask you to list your strengths and go over the job descriptions.
It was a typical interview for a part time position. I think I had 2 interviews total. The interviewer was great. I interviewed with the hospitality manager first, then the general manager

They will ask you if you know your liquor. So, make sure to come prepared because they don't hire rookies. I had read online they do hire rookies but I was wrong and caught off guard. The boss said you can work your way up to being a bartender though.
