The process was two rounds of interviews in which one was over the phone. Only a few people made it to the next round where individuals had to pitch a business proposal to a case that was given prior to us prior.

Creating a case study for a hypothetical event on campus, created a presentation with a prompt and hypothetical budget. Presentation was 15 minutes long and was the last step of interview process.

Video recorded answers then In-person interview at the office. Was not too bad I recommend good lighting for video. Just be honest and try and bring out good energy! You only have once chance to record the video answers.
