Interview
First you submit an online application and cover letter explaining why you feel you're a good fit for the brand. Then, if you continue, you get to complete an assessment that asks you hypothetical questions of scenarios you may be in as a wings team member. Then you must complete an video interview, where you read questions off the computer screen and answer on camera. Then you come in for an in person interview.
Very intensive with several rounds of tasks and interviews, personality test about 100 questions then interviews with your direct manager and regional manager. Not necessarily difficult, just a long process.

Interview
The interview process included two separate interviews with two different people. The interviews were mostly comprised of questions that would get to know how social and friendly you are as well as how you approach stressful situations. Being good at networking is key for this role and hiring managers make sure they are getting the right fit. A good first impression is also important. You will be out representing the brand everywhere you go. I got hired and it was probably the best job I've ever had to this day!
