Interview
3 rounds of interviews after your initial application and wing finder personality evaluation. 1 round call with HR who was very engaged and professional. 2nd round was with Hiring manager with few behavioral questions but mostly a conversation about understanding my motivations and personality. 3rd round case study presentation that is given to you a week before and you go to the office to present for the team.
Overall smooth process. Team was really nice and can tell they're very people oriented as was offered snacks and drinks multiple times. Only downsides are the salaries are lower than the CPG industry average (HR will claim they can justify a potential salary increase but in reality they will go for a candidate that fits within the range). For the case study set aside lots of time to complete it as it takes a long-time to do correctly. If you are not selected it's a tough pill to swallow given the effort you put into it. The main negative concern is sometimes the lack of professionalism from certain people at the company during the interview process (casual jokes with swearing, casual comments about how marketing just plans silly events and sales does the real business, some weirdo in finance wore shorts to the office etc) is not the best portrayal for the brand reputation.
Advice for candidates: don't be fooled by Red Bull's casual interview process. Its still very competitive to get in and they tend to hire former employees for entry level jobs (candidate selected was a student marketer) so a student marketeer or sales trainee (merchandiser) role may be a great strategy to get your foot into the corporate door if you really really want to work at the company.
