I had to complete a personality test, then answer a series of five questions that I had to film myself. I wasn't used to not having someone in front of me and filming myself, so it felt inhuman. I didn't manage to go further. Interesting, but it's not a process adapted for everyone.

Erstes Gespräch mit Abteilungsleitung und HR - eher ein Kennenlernen, Aufzeigen der Arbeit etc. Zweites Gespräch hätte dann mit CEO Schweiz stattgefunden sowie Kennenlernen des Teams.
Die Firma wurde auch vorgestellt und klar aufgezeigt, wie alles abläuft und wie die Verbindung zur Muttergesellschaft in Österreich besteht. Einige Fragen auch zur Firma selber.
