I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Red Bull (Austin, TX)
Interview
I was approached downtown about working for the team. I was given a business card and contacted them a few days later. I applied online and was set up for an in person interview the next week. It was at a coffee house and very laid back. They mostly want to know you are excited about the product and are very out going. They want high energy, fun loving girls!

Other Wiiings Team Member interview reviews for Red Bull
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Red Bull
Interview
Bring you in for an interview with the Wiings Team Manager, then a second one for the Team Manager and their boss. Easy questions about leadership, your resume, etc. Definitely be able to talk about Red Bull events and people that Red Bull sponsors.
Took a few months, started with a phone interview, then in person one on one and then another in person with your boss and his hirer up. Sometimes other Wiings team members will be in the interview or do an interview with the new hire by themselves. During the interviews they are mostly trying to see how out going you are and if you'll fit in with the current team. They are also know what you will bring to the team, knowledge of the area, events etc. Make sure to show your true personality, have fun with the interview and as questions if you have them.

Question 1
Nothing too difficult but make sure you know about the company, athletes and events that they host.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Red Bull in Jul 2014
Interview
Online questionnaire, HireVue, 2 in-person interviews. You go to the warehouse to have your interview. It was really easy and everyone was really friendly. The HireVue was probably the hardest part of the interview process.
