The process was a bit inpersonal, it began as a series of personality tests and multiple choice tests and them moved on to recording yourself answer questions via video (there wasn't a person on the other end). A recruiter then called me and did a basic screen, and invited me to interview on site where you present a "case study" The people watching my case study were respectful and overall the process as pretty easy (no technical questions asked at all).
However, when it came down to the offer, the recruiter was a bit pushy, to the point I was not comfortable. The recruiter even explained why Red Bull paid lower than other companies (to be honest pay wasn't a main consideration since it was just an internship) and was a bit aggressive in trying to get me to accept. When I asked the recruiter for a written offer, the recruiter refused to provide one, saying it was company policy that I had to accept over the phone before any written was drawn up (a big red flag) and that I only had 2 days to make a decision (this was before a written offer was even sent).
