Interview
The first thing after applying is doing a personality assessment. It's actually pretty cool to learn about yourself from it, good to have whether you make it through the interviews or not (also free online to take for fun too). Second step is completing a video interview. You get a few seconds to prepare and a few minutes to answer each question, just you talking to your camera. You do not have to use the full time for answering!

Interview
Sending the CV through the online platform, then you have to do a personality test, which takes around 30 minutes. Then you do a online video interview, answering three questions, with only a few minutes to prepare.

So far, the interview process has been organized, efficient, and not too difficult
The firs interview consist in a digital interview, that you make all by yourself through a specific app/website. You record yourself answering to the few questions they ask you contextually
