I would applied online and then I had a video interview. It would ask you seven questions and you had 3 minutes to respond to each question. You could only record your answer once. There is no way to prepare for the questions.

Sending the CV through the online platform, then you have to do a personality test, which takes around 30 minutes. Then you do a online video interview, answering three questions, with only a few minutes to prepare.

The firs interview consist in a digital interview, that you make all by yourself through a specific app/website. You record yourself answering to the few questions they ask you contextually
