I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Red Alpha (Singapore) in Feb 2026
Interview
2 rounds of online tests (protoctored, ~3 hours), testing coding and light cybersecurity fundamentals. Took about 1 week to finish and wait for follow up.
Subsequently, invited for f2f interview to introduce myself, explain why I was a good fit for the job, followed by 2 IQ/psuedo-code tests and a short quiz on a few cybersecurity concepts I was told to study up beforehand. Fairly chill, with ample time given to think through my answers.
Interview questions [3]
Question 1
IQ question 1: 2 robots placed randomly in 1-D space, pseudo-code a program (with some provided functions) to move robots to meet each other.
IQ question 2: You and 1 other opponent are about to play a game, where 1 person starts by specifying a number from 1-10. Then we take turns choosing another number from 1-10, adding it to the existing sum until the sum reaches 50; whoever last added to the sum wins. How would you win (either you or opponent can start first)
Technical assessment quite easy to do and there is also of time given to do. Follow by face to face which ask coding related question on spot. If u not good at thinking on the spot please prepare.
