Interview
After submitting my online application materials (forms, cover letter, resume), I had a phone screen interview, a Skype interview with two interviewers, and then had to pass a background check. Both interviews asked similar behavioral-based questions.
Someone from Recology called me over the weekend to set up the time for my phone interview, and we spoke for nearly an hour. During my Skype interview two weeks later, I was interviewed by two separate people one at a time for roughly 1/2 an hour each.

Interview
First interview with HR manager involved describing your skillset. If you move to the next round you will interview with the supervisor for the position, where you will be asked difficult questions and need to sell yourself as the best person for the job.

Phone interview and then a in person interview. First you apply then you get an email stating that you can choose a day for an interview, after that you can expect a call from HR personnel and the. schedule an i person meeting.. they are indeed very friendly and professional

Tell us about a time you failed at something and learned from it?
After submitting the online application, I was contacted for a phone interview about a month later. A few weeks after that I was scheduled for an in-person interview. The phone interview lasted about a half an hour and the in-person one lasted for about an hour, as I met with at least two different people. Overall the interview process was fair and not incredibly difficult.
