The interview process is not at all applicant friendly. A one way video interview where you have 2 minutes to answer questions that in an actual interview you would have more time to answer and not be rushing through your answers - you know provide CONTEXT. There was also no option to view your responses to ensure you were happy with them. It creates a lot of anxiety in an already stressful job market when employers think their "revolutionary" hiring method is actually entirely abysmal. Poor hiring process, needs to be adjusted - SEVERELY adjusted.
