I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Reckitt (Hull, England) in Jan 2016
Interview
RB have one of the best graduate scheme interview processes I've been through. The online application is very quick and straightforward, and just involves a CV and covering letter. Next, a video interview online with questions you can view before recording. These are competency based, and include talking about your favourite RB product. Your final interviewers watch this, so bear this in mind. After this, I was invited to an assessment centre at Hull. It was a long day, with group activities, technical and HR interviews, a tour and a short presentation, but it was a very positive experience that I actually enjoyed, even though it was challenging. All of the staff were very friendly and there was a great atmosphere. Following this, I was invited to a final interview with two RB global directors, which was mostly competency/CV based, and was more to make sure we fitted in with the culture of the company. Both interviewers were positive and friendly.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mostly competency-based questions about teamwork, leadership, how you've reacted to bad advice, challenges you've faced, etc. Technical interview involved discussing strategy for developing products, so can't really be prepared for, but try to be aware of RB's products and the FMCG business area.
