Pretty Standard at first. HR does the first call, but they are often confused about what position they are interviewing you for. Twice, I prepped for jobs and then they told me it was for another role

the interviewers not always trained well. there is limited intellectual and value-based screening prior to the interviews to ensure fit with company. the interviews are sometimes very short to handle all questions.
