I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Reckitt (Slough, Berkshire, South East England, England) in Feb 2019
Interview
Sent my CV through LinkedIn (October), invited to an online digital interview (December) and then invited to assessment centre (February). Overall, very unorganised I was told from my digital interview in December the results would be out in mid-January but I was called in February asking to come to an assessment centre 2 days later. From the assessment centre they said we would be notified in 2 days but instead it took 2 weeks and now I'm still waiting on an expenses form. Also, they don't answer emails or calls.
I applied online. I interviewed at Reckitt (Sydney) in May 2016
Interview
The process was quite straightfoward all up until the final stage which consisted of a full day assessment centre. With about 30 other people in the room, we each were given a timetable for the rest of the day. This included classic group activities e.g. design a marketing campaign and also individual interviews. Lunch was provided. At the very end, I did not receive an offer but they still called me up to give feedback on how I went for each of the activities.
