Applied online, 2 days after got a recruiter email, then she emailed me a case study to be finished within 5 days after I opened it. After I submitted it, I was notified that I passed the round and could speak with an analyst in the team. After the phone call we scheduled an onsite interview two weeks later. Since I was not a local candidate, Realself generously covered all my airfare, food, transportation and hotel to fly me in and interview me. The interview was a full afternoon including 5 interviews with 5 different people. After all the interviews, my recruiter came in and introduced the benefits (which are pretty decent). 3 business days later I got the email of interview result. Overall, Realself interview process is my favorite among all my other interviews. Recruiter professionalism is a top-notch. (God I wish more companies could hire recruiters like Realself!) Interviewers were so friendly and welcoming that it makes my other interviews with other companies a bit harsh (not blaming Realself here). They even prepared a goodie bag for interviewees including a tumbler, a notebook, peppermint ,a Starbucks gift card and a donation to charity in the name of the candidate!
