Interview
Mostly conversational with insights into company processes and expected performance within the role. Some general technology inquiries about computer science, very general concepts. After the initial phone screening, an interview is set up with three support supervisors who are the day to day operation supervisors. They asked about previous customer support experience and behavioral questions as well.
