The interview process for the company is made up of 5 interviews in two rounds.
In the first one they ask you about your experience and future expectations, they will give you more details about the job so you make your mind better to what your position is like. Usually this interview will be done by who will be your future manager, in the second one you will be asked about more technical questions from people from the open position department.
If you make it through this first round, you will have another two interviews more in deep where, depending in what is the job position, you will need to demonstrate your skills, usually through live coding and/or setting up VMs. After this you will make a last interview with some other manager where you will recap all the experience from the other interviews and they will wan't to get you better and know if you think are suited for the job. HR is very competent, so between interview and interview they will contact you very soon to give you feedback and schedule the next one.
