I applied online. I interviewed at Reach (Boston, MA) in May 2023
Interview
It is virtual. First with the recruiter emailing you, then you get scheduled to have a video call interview. Following, you'd have to do an assessment (from what she told me)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They ask very situational questions, like "what would you do if you were given a project, how would you approach it?" or "if you were given options on which project to proceed, how would you approach the options to find which is better"
I applied online. I interviewed at Reach (Lehi, UT) in Feb 2023
Interview
Relaxed and conversational. Allowed me to ask questions organically as we went instead of just waiting till the end. She took notes but she let me know that's what she was doing.
I applied online. I interviewed at Reach in Oct 2022
Interview
According to the recruiter, there were three interviews; 1 with the recruiter, 1 with the CEO, then a final one with the CFO. I was told by the recruiter I would be moved forward to the next round, but I never heard back from them. When I followed up, I was ghosted. I understand they may be busy, but they should have the courtesy to at least update me with a rejection email or something.

Question 1
- Tell me about yourself - Why did you apply for this job? - How would you handle an upper management that doesn't agree with a change?
