Aptitude test was easy, post that first manager round was okay too.They asked about people management experience and asked to calculate FTE required for certain number of files to be completed in a project. The last round was very unpleasant, the director was 10 mins late and then interviewed for only 10 mins and said will get back. Turns out the main reason was because I was an outstation employee which they considered as a risk. If the company had this problem why did they shortlist/ interview me in the first place.
