This is an organization focused on providing care to marginalized populations/ people of color, which is a great mission, however as the interviewer is not a person of color so the focus on ethnicity, "black people" and "white people", throughout the interview was awkward. Lack of follow-up regarding the interview decision is also unprofessional as the interview process, no matter the decision should be respectful of all those involved time.
