Fun and thoughtful multi step process - at home case based loosely on a typical ReD project, reasoning test, and 2 interviews (1 with consultants, 1 with a partner) - rather interesting questions, really comfortable environment and nice interviewers

The process is as expected. 1. Case & cognitive test over the weekend 2. Online interview (incl. case) with two consultants/managers 3. Interview in person 4. Final interview and discussion of the offer
