The interview process is 4 parts: phone screen, in person interview with hiring manager, then a second interview/presentation where you present ideas to the team, then an interview with the hiring manager and the owner.
Personally, I had reservations about doing the presentation and giving them marketing ideas without being hired yet, and it turns out my gut instinct was right. They didn't hire me, but I still follow them on social media and they're using my ideas. The interview process seems more like a way to trick people into working for free than a way of finding talent for the long haul.
