I got contacted through email. Quickly after applying, asked me to provide multiple available dates, Had to go rounds, One over the phone then next with a panel of 4 people. Questions were based on scenarios about the job description. They were transparent on the entire process. I was not selected but I was notified.

How have you handle carrying tasks or changes from upper leadership your team was not on board with?
Very Quick and easy. Great communication. Very comfortable and transparent. The human resouce point of contact was responsive and helpful. I enjoyed my experience. It was very automated and flexible.

Interview
Initial screening with recruiter, then one-on-one with hiring manager, and then final interview with hiring manager and team members. I honestly felt this process was best and didn’t really feel like multiple rounds of interviews.
