If you have good electronics knowledge the interview process isn't bad. I learned most of it on my last job. They will likey sit you down with 2 or 3 section managers that try to figure out if you actually know what you are talking about.

Even though there are some harder questions, some of the basic ones are: Do you know how to read schematics, what do the different symbols mean and how do you use an oscilloscope.
