First was the hiring manager phone screen, duration ~30 minutes. 10% was intro about the role, 30% about previous experience and accomplishments, 60% experience and examples working on equipment and troubleshooting. Then panel interview was with 3 equipment engineers. (Virtual, scheduled for an hour, but lasted ~25 mins) The entire interview was around equipment troubleshooting, examples of hands on experience, and hypothetical approach to equipment troubleshooting.
