Raymond James Financial Technical Support Associate interview questions

After a brief phone interview, you were invited to the Raymond James offices to first write a office skills test that in my opinion has absolutely no correlation to the job I was being interviewed for, this apparently was some customized test for Raymond James for administrative people and data entry personnel, I assume that this test has no bearing for most of the positions people apply to Raymond James for After this test, I had an in-person interview with a hiring manager for about an hour.
