Relaxed interview with PCB fabrication manager and senior PCB design engineer, the interview went well however I never heard back from the company or the recruitment agent, so wasted a lot of my own time

The interview consisted of the hiring manager and a senior pcb design engineer. A sample PCBA was brought into the interview to quiz me on the types of vias, SMD components and through hole components, layers and silk screen, signal and power integrity and EMC. The technical interview was followed by general questions about why i wanted the role and my background. The interview went well, however between the hiring manager and recruitment consultant they never got back to me on the outcome of the interview
