      Supply Chain Manager Interview

      6 Mar 2026
      Anonymous employee
      Belfast, Northern Ireland
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Raylo (Belfast, Northern Ireland) in Feb 2026

      Interview

Very long interview process followed by withdrawn offer. I went through a six stage interview process over the course of a month. Throughout the process I invested a significant amount of time preparing, completing interviews and engaging with the team. I learned a lot about the role and the company and genuinely pictured myself working there. Following the final interview, I was delighted to receive and accept an offer. However, after asking a few standard clarification questions regarding the contract, the offer was withdrawn within 48 hours with very little explanation. It’s disappointing to invest so much time in a lengthy interview process only to have an accepted offer rescinded so abruptly. Candidates deserve transparency and professionalism, particularly after progressing through multiple stages. Hopefully this is something the company reflects on and improves for future candidates.
