Two part interview, first with the General Manager and the second with the Owner. Formal but surprisingly laid back and made me feel very comfortable. First interview was about an hour long, the second with the owner was a bit longer, about an hour and a half.

it took 5 interviews, like earlier stated the owner cannot make a decision. He asked the same questions for 3 different interviews like the answers were going to be different. He is all about feeling the situation, do you feel like the right candidate.
