The day after I applied I had a phone interview asking why I wanted to work for the company and what it was about my experience that would make me a suitable candidate for the role. Later that day I was asked my availability for a face to face interview. Interview one involved a skills test and an interview with the COO, and following that a second interview involved a task and an interview with the CEO. Friendly people, great offices,an interesting test and a good experience overall. They were also very quick giving feedback from all stages of the interview.
