The president of the company is more interested in your personal life, than he is in your professional. He had no interest in my professional life, except the fact that I had been involved in a RIF. After leaving the office in quite a state of shock, I was relieved. The environment was dismal and dark, and I still feel a great deal of sorrow for the people there.
I do not know how to answer the interview difficulty question, because it was more of a drill and mockery, than an actual interview.
Based on my Linked In profile, he then questioned my volunteer efforts as well as the help that I provided for others and animals. Not in a way that expressed enthusiasm, and understanding or appreciation, but in a more negative and disdain way.

Interview
Phone interview with sales manager covered the basics to ensure suitability for the role. They looked for strengths and weaknesses, understanding of the market they serve and review job history. This was followed a week or so later by an in-person interview with Sales Manager, VP of Sales and CEO. They questioned me further on my experience, specifically what sales methods I was familiar with and which I preferred, how I handled specific situations with customers, and covering more specifics about the position in question.
