      Interview

First round phone tech screen was pretty easy no real technical coding questions. Mostly just a discussion about experience. Second round was in person interview and meet with 5 people. Had to solve a couple of white board code questions right off the bat which kinda caught me off guard and made me struggle more than I would have normally. They weren't too hard and if given them in a regular work setting they wouldn't be a problem to figure out. The rest of the interviews were pretty much just discussing my experience and what I'm looking to do. I think mostly trying to see if I was a culture fit. It's been over a month now and after 2 attempts to reach out to them to find out the status of things I have not heard back. So they just leave you hanging if they decide to pass. Not very professional or respectful to candidates who take the time to interview with them. It was a positive experience up until they leave you hanging with no final result.
