I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Rapid Response Monitoring (Las Vegas, NV) in Apr 2023
Interview
Entire process took less than a week. Applied online, received a phone call the next day going over the job function (which was clearly explained online). Over the phone, she emailed me a personality quiz to take (less than 5 mins) and then emailed me links for a typing test (minimum 30 WPM) and to a math/critical thinking quiz to be taken within 48 hrs of phone call. Everything completed within half hour, phone call lasted less than 20 minutes. Received an email a day later in regards to scheduling virtual interview (Microsoft Teams). Two days later (Friday, April 21st) had virtual interview with recruiter/some kind of manager. Interview was solely based on quizzing me about my resume and professional experience. Was never asked typical interview questions, only about my job history (which is security, dispatcher, and management related). Basically provided a verbal explanation of my resume that she was already looking at. Interview was finished within 30 mins and was told I would be followed-up with 3-5 business days. Received my denial email on Monday (1 business day).

Interview
Very thorough and professional. It is still ongoing and I really hope to get this position. From the research I’ve done it seems very exciting and I’m looking forward to an offer.
One initial Phone interview with basic questions about background, schooling, job history and desired shifts. They talked about what exactly they do. A follow up zoom call with hiring managers. Testing at the end. Very professional and productive.

Interview
Two phone calls and a couple video interviews. Interviewer was quite demanding considering this is just a customer service role. Not as flexible for hours because your days off change every month.
