Interview
The hiring process started with an assignment where I was asked to build a CRUD dashboard in React using Redux and implement a dark/light mode feature.
After submitting the assignment, they scheduled an interview call. Following the technical interview, I had an HR interview where they discussed my availability for a remote role and informed me about the stipend offered for the position.

The interview began with a discussion about the dashboard project I had developed. After I explained the architecture, features, and implementation details, they asked follow-up questions on Redux, prop drilling, and Tailwind CSS to assess my understanding of these concepts.
