Please let me start by stating I have 15 + years exp managing customer experience and BPO operations. I have to say I've never been so deceived in my life. The whole interview prosses was a bait and switch. I applied about a month ago for the CSM role. Today i get a text from Kiersten and Stephany from HR who i assume are a couple of system bots. and invited to set up an interview which i did. It was so long ago that I applied I couldn't remember the job description so i requested a copy of the JD. Kiersten replied she had emailed it and when i read it sure enough it was a JD for a CSM and detailed the role of a call center manager. When i get into the zoom interview the person conducting the interview is explaining the role and its nothing remotely close to what i was sent. He goes on to say its an entry level brand advocate role. i tried to explain that this is not what i had applied for and not the description sent earlier that day. He did not know what to respond so i quickly let him know i wasn't interested. This was a blatant bait a switch you this company should be ashamed of themselves. They clearly have no respect for people and their time and if this is any indication of how you conduct business i wouldn't want any part of it. I urge everyone to stay clear if you they are serious about finding a job.
