I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Range (Marquette, MI)
Interview
I applied and was called in for an interview a few days later. All they did was briefly talk to me and give me a quiz on prioritizing. They were going to do a typing speed test as well but did not. The priorities quiz had a list of situations where you had to put them in order by which was most important to deal with to which was least important.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The one they said most people got wrong was whether a couple bringing their newborn home in the middle of winter finds their power is out and calls the TAS was more important, or whether a man having symptoms of a heart attack and calls the TAS for an ambulance was more important.
