Interview
3 interviews all within a 10 day period. First was a phone screen, second was a Google Meet call with the area director and lastly was a Google Meet call with the VP. Clear communication and swift action, I was actually impressed with the efficiency of the process.

Describe past experiences relevant to this position.
Two interviews one virtual one with manager on site. I was asked about my previous experience and why interested in staffing. I was told about the standards of the position but not in depth regarding metrics, kpis, or performance requirements.
Interview process was for an interview to review experience and knowledge pertaining to the job and company with the interviewers. Well coordinated and easy to answer questions. Very well put together and great
I had someone reach out on linked in and I had 1 interview over the phone and another in person - interviews were basic and pretty easy. They asked about my experience with recruiting.
