Interview
Simple. Direct interview with client and it was all about the work and technology I used in the current project. They also asked about unit testing, day to day activity, offshore team and team size.
It was one round video interview with 2 interviewers. it went well, not very tricky questions. Java program, selenium , testing, cucumber. Try to go prepared. You can crack the interview if you are well prepared

Interview is okay. They normally shortlist your resume and submit the resume to their clients. There will one or more rounds of interview from their clients. If the client likes your profile then job is offered.
Great team and always keeping me in touch with the flow of the process. Great communication and fun with all people I interview with. The only con was the length of the process, probably about 3 months.
