I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Randstad US (Richmond, VA) in Feb 2010
Interview
Was contacted by supervisor on the phone. The job was explained and he/she asked me a few questions about my background and my interests. Invited me in for 3 different interviews that consisted of a one on one interview, a coworker interview, and an interview with the Regional VP. Supervisor took me out to lunch 2 times during the interview process. They mostly screen to see if you have the right personality for the recruiting world.

Question 1
Why sales and how does it relate to your experience?
In person for the 3rd round. Very laid back and easy to talk to. For the first round interview, it was online and chill just getting to know who I am and what my pas work history is
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Randstad US
Interview
I got Asked to interview and expected it to be on camera. I came prepared on camera and early while the hiring manager came on via phone only and late. He seemed like a horrible mentor and teacher and actually didn’t even ask me any questions. He just told me about the job (which the recruiter had already done) and fluffed himself up a little bit. I left the interview knowing for sure this wasn’t going to be a fit for me and the culture seems like it’s very antiquated and a boys club.
