I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Randstad US
Interview
Interview was lengthy... I met with three different people and discussed the opportunity, but it was honestly them talking about the company and not at all about my background. All the people in the office were wearing headsets and making phonecalls, it felt like a telemarketer.
The interview process consisted of multiple stages. First, there was an initial screening interview where the recruiter asked general questions about my background, experience, and availability. This was mainly to see if I was a good fit for the role.
