Randalls’ interview process is quick and informal: apply online or in store, complete a short in-person interview focused on availability and customer service, then receive an offer followed by background checks and training.

Quick interview process. Was hired and started shortly after. Filled multiple roles before actually doing any cashier work... Interviewed with the front desk and several managers. Process was not hard but they needed immediate help.
