It was spread out over a few weeks and they made it really tough to get a sense of the company and culture. It was a very 1-sided process. Besides that, it just had a strange feel that put a bad taste in my mouth. I withdrew my application.

They asked some typical stuff. Nothing really stood out.
This summer I interviewed with the Ramsey Solutions team for a Project Manager position but ultimately decided to pivot as I was not ready to commit to working onsite. After spending the last 2 years overseas working remotely for my own company, I chose to remove myself from the process.
Otherwise, I recommend applying for Ramsey Solutions. I have heard positive feedback about working here and enjoyed meeting with multiple leaders from the team. If you are local to the Nashville or Franklin area, go for it.

It was a series of multiple interviews spread over several weeks up to 2 months, including watching all of the Ramsey series on debt management. After that, you discussed what you learned through the pre-recorded tapes and spoke with multiple different people.
