Good and friendly interview process. good assessment centre. followed by interview, There was test conducted. Based on test they asked questions and we need to present answer. Staffs are so friendly. It was good networking process

Assessment centre with other grads going through a written test, group projects where you have to present a solution to a problem and one on one interview. Process was very structured and also included time to talk to current graduates which was helpful.

Technical questions with load path, bending moments and drawing skills (3D isometric). Group exercise with a design task and a personal interview with more interest about your views on the industry and sustainability.
