All round are Good , in all round they appreciate me For my Answer but not selected reason i don't have any reference , i lost my chance. If you are going to apply go with reference O/W you lost your chance.

Overall the interview was pretty straightforward. I met with 3 members of the team on the same call (it was a virtual interview) and they asked about my previous experience, why I was trying to make a transition and what my understanding of the role was. The interviewers were nice and pretty honest about the position and benefits offered

Interview
Overall interaction and interview experience was positive. Friendly superiors, seemingly diverse team as seen from people in the management as well as the employees in the teams. Not very typical interviewing session for an engineering position because not many technical questions asked. It's more about your communication skills and to understand more about your thoughts and personality.
