Two interviews in a week meeting with two different members. They were friendly and willing to answer questions about the job. Very short interviews. Asked me so many questions on accountability that made me feel like this job was going to be in a toxic environment
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Ralph Lauren (Pittsburgh, PA) in Oct 2014
Interview
it was quick and relatively easy. I went in to shop and they asked me to apply for a job. I did despite the fact that i didn't want the job. I ended up meeting with the hiring manager within 5 minutes of completing the application and getting hired that same day. Granted I had retail experience and merchandising experience so it might have made it a lot easier for the whole process.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ralph Lauren (New York, NY) in Mar 2021
Interview
Everyone was really welcoming and nice- great interview process overall! Being over prepared on what answers I wanted to give definitely helped. There was one brief call with someone to go over basic questions and then two official interview rounds after that.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ralph Lauren (New York, NY) in Nov 2020
Interview
Standard interview process. Met with hiring manager, HR, and 1-2 other colleagues from the team. Straight forward interview questions about prior experience, working with others, why Ralph Lauren, etc. Team was friendly and seemed to like working at RL.
